Never had issues bringing my children here. They also see adult patients. I will most likely schedule an appointment for myself. Another added plus is a play area for your kids while you wait to be seen. Staff have always been friendly.

There is no way this place has any real 5 stars. The waiting room to this establishment looks like it’s been under construction for years. The doctor canceled on me three times last minute. Finally, on the day that he had not canceled on me, He proceeded to make me wait for an hour in the waiting room, and then another hour for him to even come see me. When I expressed my concerns to the staff, they said everyone else waits, just as long. This type of behavior should not be tolerated by anyone. I feel so bad for some of the people I saw waiting in the waiting room to be seen, They need to be told that that is not how a proper dental office should be operating. What’s even more Shady is trying to get a hold of them over the phone, It feels like they purposely give out the wrong phone number so you can never get a hold of them. Don’t waste your time come here unless you have time to waste. 🤣

When you come to some dental offices, you can feel like a woman walking into a car dealership. Some dentists tell you that a tooth has a huge cavity, but instead of discussing all the options, they say they won’t fix it and want to remove it, or they push for a crown that costs over $1,000. Dr. Bob is different. He truly cares about his patients and doesn’t cut corners. He takes the time to explain everything, makes sure you are comfortable, and focuses on keeping your teeth healthy and safe. He is very professional, caring, and thorough, and does excellent job. We need more dentists like Dr. Bob!

The staff at the front desk are welcoming and helpful. The young girl who attempted to do my X-Ray was inexperienced and tried to brush me off when I told her she was hurting me. She was unprofessional and stepped out before finishing my X-rays to take a call. Thankfully another more experienced professional stepped in and took over. The facility is clean, the front desk staff are competent and accommodating.

I was ripped off royally by American Dental Solutions and Dental Dreams is heaven sent by being one of the best dental professionals that I have seen. They work with you and take the time to explain any questions that I have. The people genuinely care about you and I suggest that anyone in need of dental care that this should be the only place to go. I will be getting dentures from them at a quarter of the place that ripped me off. This company is rated very highly by me
